If you experience that something is wrong with your watch, our warranty covers manufacturing defects in accordance with the Purchase Act.

For the warranty to cover repairs, the damage cannot have occurred due to user error such as shock, impact, moisture damage or similar, and the watch must have a valid warranty certificate.

Mechanical watches require regular service, the first 3-4 years after purchase. If there is no complaint, we can still carry out repairs and/or service on your watch. We will then provide you with a price estimate that you can choose to approve or decline before the watch is repaired.
